Welcome to Aisla Aesthetics!

We are so excited you have chosen us as your aesthetic practice. Our goal is to provide high-quality, safe, and efficient treatments that help you feel confident and cared for.

To support this, we have policies in place that help us manage our schedule effectively, allowing us to give each client the time and attention they deserve. We understand that plans can shift unexpectedly, and when they do, we greatly appreciate advance notice!

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Aisla Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional care to all our clients. To help us manage our schedule efficiently, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This helps us open up that spot for another client who might be waiting to get in. If you do not cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be subject to a fee of $150.00

LATE POLICY

Your safety and quality of care are our top priorities at Aisla Aesthetics. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may only have enough time to complete a consultation. This ensures we can listen to your concerns, conduct a proper assessment, and maintain the highest standards for safe and effective treatment.

The decision to proceed with treatment will be at the clinician’s discretion, based on the time available.

NO SHOW

We understand that things come up unexpectedly, and sometimes plans change. If you’re unable to make your appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible. This helps us offer that time to another client who may be waiting to be seen.

If an appointment is missed without prior notice, a $200 no-show fee will apply
